Dear Parent,

If you have a child age 5-16 years old, then this could be the most important letter you’ve ever read.

Here’s why.

I think you’ll agree that it’s absolutely astounding how much negative stuff kids are getting bombarded with these days. On top of that, kids – and parents – are under a lot of pressure. It’s scary.

When you think about how early kids are being exposed to things. Bully’s, Peer Pressure, Gangs, violence and crime, it’s enough to make a concerned parent stand up and shout, “Aaaaargh! I can’t take it anymore!”

Being a parent is hard work, that’s for sure. Not only do you have to keep their kids away from the “bad stuff,” you have to make sure your children are doing all the right things at home, in school and during the “in-between” time to ensure they have the best chance possible at a bright future.

Problem is, it’s really hard to do that “on your own” – especially if you’re not home most of the day. So what does your child do during the hours your not at home and until you return? Hopefully your child is doing something positive… but how can you be sure?

Those extra 2 months of “in-between” time are crucial in a child’s development. A huge problem that parents have these days is finding something positive for their children to do during that time. Many times, it’s what kids choose to do during those extra few hours that end up determining success or failure in life.

Too many kids these days aren’t doing the right things when their parents aren’t around. The pressures mount up, kids get overwhelmed and too many times they go down that shaky road that leads to failure and disappointment.

There’s good news, though.

There IS A Solution

Imagine your child goes to a place where “success is a habit” and they would be able to learn skills that last a lifetime… a place where parents can feel safe and rest assured their child is doing the right things… a place where they are surrounded with other kids that are all doing positive things…
Would that be of interest to you?

I hope you said “YES,” because if you did, you’re going to be very excited with what I’m about to share with you.                     Introducing…

First to Review

I found APSK Martial Arts Academy through a Groupon and when I looked at their website, I called to leave a message to ask a few questions. It was just after 7 in the morning but Master Shaw answered the call and made me feel secure about having my almost 4 year old – a little under the age limit – attend a week of Summer Camp. The camp is action packed! From 9 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon, the kids are doing! Movie theater and swimming on the first day, swimming and dance and martial arts on the second day, Zoo on third day, dance, swimming, martial arts on 4th day and Skateland on the last day! Master Shaw and his instructors are great people! Absolutely NOT daycare, as they advertise, it is a learning and growing experience for your kid! My son will absolutely be returning!!

We found APSK when looking for a summer camp program for our kids and really got more than we bargained for! They ended up having the best summer of their lives and looked forward to going to camp every day! They learned so much about martial arts and progressed through a couple belts which gave them such confidence and drive to succeed! In addition to that, they got to see great movies, learn how to roller skate, dance, swim and take field trips along with many other activities. The Sensei’s and Professor of the school are all amazing people that have such passion for what they do and really care about their students.  As a result of our experience last summer, we kept the kids in karate and ended up joining ourselves so we could do it as a family!! I cannot say enough great things about APSK Martial Arts Academy and am happy to say that the kids are thrilled that they will be starting summer camp again at the end of this month!
